The project is conceived as a mixed-use environment that merges residential, commercial, and office functions with recreational and mobility infrastructures, establishing a contemporary urban hub that is both accessible and vibrant.
Phased Development and Program Diversity
The first stage introduces a housing cluster supported by ground-floor retail, creating an active urban edge that immediately integrates with the daily rhythms of the city. The second stage expands the program with additional residences, office spaces, large-scale commercial areas, and leisure facilities, consolidating the project’s role as a complete living environment. The inclusion of a tram stop within the masterplan enhances urban connectivity, ensuring that residents and visitors benefit from seamless access to the wider city.
