A Layered Living Model Integrating Residences and Villas
This masterplan envisions a balanced residential fabric that brings together villa typologies and mid-rise residences within a coherent urban setting. Organized along landscaped corridors and neighborhood scale green networks, the project establishes a low density yet diverse living environment.
Urban Context and Access
The layout responds to the surrounding urban fabric through a system of interconnected streets and pedestrian friendly routes. Vehicular circulation is carefully separated from residential clusters, ensuring safe and accessible connections throughout the site.
Housing Typologies and Distribution
The villas are arranged in curvilinear plots that follow the natural slope, while residential blocks are positioned along linear axes, enhancing orientation and daylight. This distribution allows a harmonious coexistence between individual privacy and collective living, where different scales of housing complement each other.
Landscape and Open Space Organization
Green spaces are placed as connective tissue across the site, linking residential clusters with recreational pockets. The plan integrates landscaped buffers and water elements that soften the transition between built form and open areas, enriching the quality of daily life.
