Positioned on a 6,407 m² parcel within the seventh phase of the 3.73 km² Oyakkent Master Plan, Oyakkent Solo represents a compact urban node that blends residential life with essential retail and leisure infrastructure. Strategically situated west of the O-7 Airport Connection Road and in proximity to Başakşehir’s emerging urban core including the National Garden, City Hospital, Olympic Stadium, and the future Kanal Istanbul corridor the project consolidates everyday functions into a walkable and human-scaled development.
The massing strategy includes a residential tower atop two commercial podiums, which accommodate market, cafe, and restaurant uses. The architecture prioritizes accessibility and continuity between commercial and residential zones through two-level circulation strategies and street-facing open spaces. Visual porosity is enhanced via landscaped setbacks, pedestrian flows, and sunlit public terraces. A dedicated children’s playground further extends the family oriented character of the site.
Programmatically, Oyakkent Solo adopts a mixed-use configuration that ensures self-sufficiency: ground floors house commercial activity, while the upper floors are reserved for 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 residential units. Vertical zoning responds to the site’s topography, with the commercial base partially embedded and activated from two elevations. Commercial access is supported by street-level walkways, while vehicle access to residential and underground parking is delivered through ramped connections.
Oyakkent Solo exemplifies a small-scale urban condenser compact yet programmatically rich providing residents with an integrated lifestyle rooted in proximity, clarity, and green relief.
