Kahramanmaraş Governor’s Residence Located near the Kılavuzlu Dam in Kahramanmaraş, the project occupies a peninsula site offering panoramic views of the Ceyhan River. Its proximity to both the city center and key transport routes gives it strategic importance. Designed around the terrain’s natural slope, the layout maximizes visual connection with the river through wide terraces and transparent facades. The governor’s residence is planned as a reverse duplex for enhanced privacy, while an adjacent guesthouse is positioned at the rear. Both structures are connected by a landscape route lined with productive gardens, reflecting a sustainable, nature-integrated design philosophy. Complementary functions such as administrative offices, social spaces, and sports areas are thoughtfully embedded to support a balanced and dignified living environment.
