Çınarköy Houses & Sales Office by Emlak Konut Located on Istanbul’s Asian side in the district of Çekmeköy, the Çınarköy Houses & Sales Office is a masterplanned residential development by Emlak Konut REIC, set across a 255,386.95 m² site. Designed as a low-rise neighborhood nestled in a forested landscape, the project offers a quiet living environment where villas and apartment type residences are placed in harmony with nature.
The housing spectrum ranges from 1+1 units to spacious 5+1 villas, responding to diverse lifestyle needs. In addition to 2,106 residential units, the development includes 56 commercial spaces and a wide array of social amenities fitness center, indoor pool, spa, Turkish bath, children’s playgrounds, and wellness areas.
