The Kalbajar Project takes its name from its Old Turkic origin, meaning “castle on the river.” Inspired by the ancient artificial caves carved into the rocks along the Terterchay River, this heritage shapes the project’s architectural vision. Designed with three distinct villa typologies, each reflecting its own aesthetic and functional character, the project responds to diverse user needs. While the villas vary in orientation, all align toward the southeast, creating a cohesive relationship with the landscape and offering flexible, enriched spatial experiences.
