Establishing vital connectivity with both Tema World and the TEM highway, this project is strategically anchored by its main entrance points. A peripheral circulation corridor was implemented to define the project boundary and create a clear movement framework. This system not only facilitates intuitive access and flow but also reinforces spatial continuity and cohesion across the site.

At the heart of the design is a generous public landscape of approximately 234,000 square meters, conceived as a green corridor interwoven with social amenities and communal functions. This expansive space is intended for public use, offering opportunities for recreation, gathering, and interaction within a park like setting.

Road networks were subdivided and aligned in response to the natural topography, ensuring that infrastructure adapts to the slope of the land rather than imposing upon it. The resulting masterplan merges circulation, landscape, and topography into an integrated urban system that prioritizes accessibility, ecological responsiveness, and community engagement.
