The project area is an area in Çankaya district of Ankara where detached buildings are located, where the green texture is dense and the settlement texture is rare. The northeastern border of the project area belongs to the military and has the status of a forest. It is also located in a higher, slightly inclined area than the project area. For this reason, the criteria of benefiting from the slope in the project area, turning to the landscape areas and benefiting from the maximum daylight should be taken into consideration. The existing and developing green texture in and around the project area should also be integrated into the project area. The most important approach is to maintain the neighborhood texture with different typologies with a new design and to integrate it into the city.
Considering the proximity of the project area to Dumlupınar Boulevard; It is envisaged that the commercial axis will be maintained at the base level and the use of housing at the upper levels. Integration between the courtyard and the park is aimed, and the plinth facades facing the courtyard are for residential use. It is referred to traditional Ankara houses with a fragmented, horizontal architecture.
The project area is surrounded by the natural beauties of Istanbul and has strong transportation links. In the project, a self-contained residential area is designed intertwined with nature. Within the residential area, a boulevard has been created, which forms the backbone of transportation and has residences on the ground floors, and commercial residences on the upper floors.
All reinforcement areas are associated with the boulevard and located on this axis and square areas are defined in these areas. The villas are located in the regions on both sides of the boulevard and in these regions, areas with strong neighborly relations have been created. Most of the recreational uses such as sports fields, club building, walking areas are designed in integration with the green buffer created around the project area.
The project area is surrounded by the natural beauties of Istanbul and located in one of the greenest areas. The project is designed as a luxury villa site. Designed in four different types, 3-4 storey villas have large gardens. The project has also a 4 storey townhouse style building. In the whole project, transportation and parking areas with private cars are considered. Thanks to the landscape areas created, a residential area is designed in touch with nature.
The project area is located in Beykoz District of Istanbul. The settlement is only planned on the 3rd Degree Protected Natural Area and 1st Degree Protected Natural Area has been preserved in its natural state without any construction activity.
Also within the 3rd Degree Protected Natural Area; tree survey, existing roads and approved road projects were analyzed and suitable residential areas were determined so that no trees were damaged.
