Includes the construction of a villa site in two project areas in İnciroğlu Tea Vineyards in Melikgazi District of Kayseri. One of the projects, the Villa “Street” project, is located on a parcel on the road to Alidağ. Villa “Nature” is located a few hundred meters from the other project site and is located on the skirts of Alidağ. Both of the projects are luxurious and modern designs made from high quality materials. Each building has its own garden and garage.
