SP Architects is a multidisciplinary architecture and urban design office headquartered in Istanbul, with additional offices in Baku, Izmir, and Ankara. Founded with a vision to shape future oriented, human centered environments, SP Architects brings together a team of over 200 architects and designers.
The firm’s expertise spans a broad spectrum, including master planning, urban regeneration, residential and commercial architecture, healthcare, education, and public facilities. Operating through a departmentalized structure that covers the RIBA stages (0–5), SP Architects ensures seamless coordination across disciplines and project phases.

Sabri Paşayiğit
Founding Partner
Sabri Paşayiğit graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2001 and founded SP Architects in 2005. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a multidisciplinary practice of over 200 professionals, delivering projects across Türkiye, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. With a focus on user-centered and context-sensitive design, SP Architects works at all scales—from large master plans to cultural and residential developments—with a strong commitment to sustainability. In recent years, Paşayiğit has played a leading role in post-disaster reconstruction efforts, particularly following the 2023 earthquakes in Türkiye, where he advocates for resilient, high-quality, and socially inclusive urban neighborhoods.
Ayten Paşayiğit
Managing Partner
With a background in Industrial Engineering from Galatasaray University, Ayten Paşayiğit brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and international business experience. She began her career at Borusan Logistics, leading expansion initiatives across the Middle East, North Africa, and CIS regions. Following her role at Unilever’s Dubai office—where she successfully launched key FMCG brands—she joined SP Architects in 2014 as a Managing Partner, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s global growth. During the pandemic, she co-founded Hayat Genetics and later led its acquisition by Avicena. Today, through her Dubai-based consultancy, Aslan Business, she continues to support companies in building international partnerships and long-term value.

SP Architects operates from its headquarters in Istanbul, where a 150-person team leads the full design process across RIBA stages (0–5). Structured around specialized departments aligned with each project phase, the Istanbul office ensures seamless collaboration and design excellence. In addition to our main hub, we maintain regional offices in İzmir and Ankara to support our national and international projects, and a global studio in Baku to strengthen our presence in the Caucasus and beyond.
