Positioned along Turhan Cemal Beriker Boulevard, the project adopts a tripartite functional scheme comprising residential units, commercial spaces, and social facilities. This integrated approach not only ensures spatial efficiency but also fosters an active and connected urban life.
The architectural strategy responds directly to land analysis, optimizing orientation to harness daylight, views, and natural ventilation. Residential blocks are organized to open towards an inner landscaped courtyard, forming a protected and cohesive environment, while commercial units are positioned along the street-facing edge to activate the urban frontage. In this configuration, the ground floors facing the boulevard accommodate retail functions, while the inward facing ground and basement levels are reserved for residential use. The social facility, centrally located and overlooking the internal landscape, is designed exclusively for residents, reinforcing a sense of community.

Vehicular and pedestrian access is clearly defined: the main entrance is situated on the boulevard, while a separate entry on the western façade leads to residential parking. Open parking zones are also provided for commercial users. Circulation pathways and green corridors connect residences with communal amenities, promoting uninterrupted pedestrian flow and shared social life.

The spatial hierarchy is further enriched through landscape articulation. Organic pathways, water features, and softscapes define transitions between functions. Elevated courtyards exclusive to residential blocks offer visual privacy and climatic comfort, while the commercial edge integrates hardscaped plazas and deck areas to support street level vibrancy.

Façade articulation enhances environmental performance: broad balconies provide sun protection and allow for user driven greening, helping regulate microclimate through controlled evapotranspiration. Alternating balcony depths and horizontal variations add volumetric dynamism to the massing, reinforcing the architectural identity.

Through this layered and contextual design approach, the project constructs a compact yet vibrant urban environment where living, commerce, and recreation interweave in a coherent and responsive manner.
