Located to the north of Baku’s city center, at the intersection of Babek Avenue and Fezail Bayramov Avenue, the Baku Babek Project introduces a refined synthesis of commercial vitality and contemporary living. With its strategic positioning 22 km from Heydar Aliyev Airport, 5 km from the city center, and just 4 km from the Genclik metro station the project ensures seamless urban connectivity and high public accessibility.
Programmatically structured into two primary components—commerce and office—the development features retail functions throughout the ground and first three levels, with interconnected office volumes above. The office floors are divided into two offset masses, with rhythmic setbacks that lighten the overall building volume and create landscaped terraces for outdoor meetings, rest, and informal interaction.
The project’s architectural language is defined by a vertical rhythm of structural elements balanced by continuous horizontal bands. The interplay between a rich material palette in warm tones and lush vegetation supports both solar protection and visual harmony, establishing a dynamic and environmentally attuned façade identity.
At ground level, a public commercial corridor interwoven with green courtyards and pedestrian circulation strengthens the connection between the project and its surroundings. A series of stepped platforms and terraces between the two towers articulate a multi level landscape system that enhances the spatial experience and activates the urban edge.
