Designed with full awareness of its rare position and topographic character, the project offers uninterrupted Bosphorus vistas from every apartment and terrace anchoring the notion of a “free plan, free view” lifestyle.

Far from replicating high-rise typologies, the massing strategy opts for low-rise, horizontally articulated blocks. This approach allows the development to embed itself in the existing urban fabric while framing open green zones and maintaining respect for Istanbul’s iconic silhouette. Building orientations and mass spacing are carefully optimized to prioritize daylight, privacy, and cross-ventilation.

Site Strategy and Architectural Response
