Set within the evolving northern periphery of Istanbul, the Mesa Kemerburgaz Residential Complex is situated between Göktürk and Kemerburgaz metro stations, establishing a visual and contextual relationship with the historical Kemerburgaz Aqueduct. The site unfolds along the Hasdal–Kemerburgaz Road, integrating itself into the broader urban spine of the region.
Topography-Driven Housing Composition
The project comprises villas, duplex flats, and mid-rise residences arranged in a stepped layout that follows the site’s natural topography. This design strategy minimizes visual obstruction, enhances privacy, and allows for maximum shared green space across the site.
Integrated Social Infrastructure and Pedestrian Focus
To meet diverse community needs, the masterplan incorporates a primary school, religious facility, and social center. Vehicular movement is confined to the plot perimeter and directed toward underground parking, resulting in a pedestrian oriented internal circulation. This layout reinforces the project’s commitment to walkability, ecological continuity, and neighborhood integration.
