Situated in the heart of Kayseri, this 5 star hotel project occupies a privileged position overlooking the iconic silhouette of Mount Erciyes. Designed as a contemporary landmark within the city skyline, the building capitalises on its unobstructed views and axial relationship with the mountain, establishing a strong visual and symbolic presence.

Programmatic Composition

The hotel comprises 15 above-ground levels and 3 basement floors, integrating a total of 216 rooms alongside a series of hospitality and service functions. The program includes a generous double height lobby, a restaurant overlooking the city, and a public gallery that connects the entry sequence to the central atrium. An open-air terrace crowns the 15th floor, offering panoramic views across Kayseri and the surrounding landscape.

Spatial Strategy and Room Orientation

The layout prioritises visual connectivity with Mount Erciyes. The majority of the guest rooms are oriented toward the southern facade to maximise exposure to the view. Circulation and service cores are compactly positioned to the rear, enabling an efficient floor plan and uninterrupted façade articulation toward the vista.

Vertical Expression and Skyline Integratio

As a vertical structure in a predominantly mid-rise urban fabric, the hotel’s massing is articulated to reinforce its landmark quality while avoiding monumentality. The open terrace on the top floor introduces a sense of lightness and permeability to the crown of the building, visually dissolving the skyline edge and marking the project as a civic reference point.
