Nestled within the natural topography surrounding Sazlıdere, the Başakşehir Resneli Masterplan presents a six phase residential development that blends luxury living with ecological and spatial consciousness. Designed around an open site planning framework, the project reintroduces neighborhood life through pedestrian-friendly streets, human scaled architecture, and an interconnected network of public green spaces.

A diverse residential mix including private villas, villa-residences, and mansion houses offers layered living options tailored to various lifestyle preferences. Residential placements are guided by three primary parameters: topography, view orientation, and integration with the existing road network. Each unit is sited to maximize solar exposure, natural ventilation, and panoramic views across the terrain.

The project’s identity is shaped by both landscape and mobility. Pedestrian and vehicular axes are woven into the masterplan to complete the life systems within the site. The design also introduces new parks, groves, and reforestation zones that strengthen the ecological footprint while enhancing recreational life. Through this framework, the project aspires to become a new urban node a convergence point for emerging spatial and social dynamics.

Transportation is considered a defining feature of the project’s urban identity. Strong existing and developing transportation connections render the site easily accessible and strategically positioned as a new centrality within the district. Urban planning principles prioritize the preservation and enhancement of contextual diversity architecturally, socially, and environmentally by leveraging the site’s inherent assets in a comprehensive design approach.

Commercial and social functions including retail, dining, and civic spaces complement the residential program and support the formation of vibrant communal life. Water based recreation opportunities provided by the adjacent Sazlıdere Dam elevate the experience of waterfront living while strengthening the dialogue between built space and natural systems.
