The project is located within the forest, at a distance that can be considered as a neighbor to the industrial zone and Türk Telekom Arena. The residences in the project area consisting of 5 stages are located in different typologies and orientations. In addition, it takes part in functions such as sports school, commercial units and recreation area. The Sismis isolator system is used in the project to absorb the shocks caused by an earthquake which prevent the building from being deformed and damaged.
