Context and Conceptual Foundation
Located in close proximity to Kartal State Hospital and the Anatolian Courthouse, and offering expansive sea views, the project is rooted in the idea of natural restoration. Drawing inspiration from the metaphor of fractured rock formations coming together to allow life to flourish, the design reflects a deeper emphasis on well-being in both living and working environments.
Architecture Inspired by Growth
The architectural massing is imagined as a series of shifted volumes like rock fragments repositioned to let nature in. This concept is supported through the integration of floor gardens, vertical planting pockets, and open-air terraces. A rooftop swimming pool and bar offer panoramic views, reinforcing the connection between built form and natural elements.
Material Language and Atmosphere
The façade is articulated through metal composite coated glass frames, offering both structural clarity and visual lightness. Wooden flooring elements are used extensively to balance the contemporary aesthetic with a sense of warmth and domesticity creating a work environment that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
