Located in the Maslak district of Istanbul, DAP Yapı Maslak Office emerges as a prominent business hub within the city’s Central Business District. Positioned just 150 meters from Büyükdere Avenue and within walking distance of the ITU-Ayazağa Metro Station, the project benefits from excellent accessibility via both private vehicles and public transportation. Its proximity to the M2 metro line which connects the northern and southern business axes of Istanbul further strengthens its strategic significance. The area is also expected to gain increased connectivity through future metro extensions and ferry links.
The project is conceived as two distinct volumes that respond to both urban and topographical context through a layered architectural strategy. While one block addresses the commercial axis along the street, the other opens toward the Bosphorus, offering panoramic views to upper-level users. This dual orientation ensures visibility, accessibility, and prestige for diverse functions. A dynamic façade articulation, generous terraces, and a green buffer zone contribute to the building’s architectural identity.
Sustainability is a guiding principle of the design. With green terraces, carefully integrated vegetation, and optimized natural light and ventilation strategies, the project offers a healthy and efficient working environment. Material choices and energy systems align with green building standards, reinforcing environmental performance and user comfort.
