Located directly across from the British Consulate in Pera, the project benefits from a highly strategic and historically charged setting. While the building’s original street façade has been carefully preserved, the interiors have been fully reconstructed to accommodate a contemporary hospitality program. A cafe entrance integrated into the ground floor ensures accessibility for both hotel guests and the public. The concept design features custom-made furniture and a refined material palette, enhancing the project’s distinctive identity.
