Located near Istanbul’s primary business districts—Levent, Maslak, and Şişli—this project proposes an integrated urban living model that combines residential, commercial, office, and social spaces. Designed with five blocks of ground + five floors, the uppermost levels feature penthouse units. The diverse building typologies foster a strong architectural relationship with both the city and the interior spatial organization.
Architectural Layout and Functional Zoning
The design initiates with axes aligned parallel to the surrounding arterial roads. These axes are reinforced by a green spine a central landscape feature that ensures the healthy distribution of functions throughout the site. To preserve this organizational structure, each block was differentiated in form and orientation. Commercial functions are placed at the ground level along street-facing façades, while inner-facing façades are reserved for residential units to ensure privacy.
Landscape, Circulation, and Social Integration
The landscape design incorporates natural level changes to enrich the pedestrian experience and spatial diversity. Water features, walkways, shaded zones, and wooden decks articulate the green spine, reinforcing the project’s social core and its relationship with the residential blocks. The multi-story parking structure is open to public use and is integrated into the landscape, utilizing the site’s topography to maintain the continuity of green space.
Pedestrian and vehicular circulations are clearly separated: vehicular entry is directed to the underground parking, while pedestrian access is organized along the landscaped spine. This ensures efficient flow while maintaining the balance between public and private domains.
Urban Integration through Balanced Commercial and Residential Use
Street facing façades at ground level host commercial units, while inner façades accommodate residential spaces resulting in a smooth transition between public and private realms. This deliberate spatial arrangement fosters a neighborhood-scale living experience.
Taking advantage of the site’s elevation changes, the project establishes itself not only as a residential development but also as a regional hub of social and commercial activity.
