Departing from conventional building typologies, the project embraces fragmentation as a central design strategy. The façade is defined by the rhythmic use of wooden louvre blades, providing both visual texture and solar control. Positioned in a tourism oriented zone, the design prioritizes commercial activity at street level, integrating retail and storefronts into the ground floor to activate the public edge.
