Located in Istanbul’s Bahçelievler district, the NEF Bahçelievler Project introduces a new perspective on residential life through the brand’s unique Foldhome concept. Offering a range of apartment types from 1+1 to 4+1, the project integrates residential, commercial, and social functions within a flexible and modular framework.
The Foldhome system provides shared access to exclusive spaces such as music studios, cinemas, and guest suites available on demand and pay-per-use. This system redefines living by expanding the personal space beyond the private unit.
An organic massing strategy and curved landscape organization allow the buildings to blend naturally into the site. Enhanced with green terraces and rooftop gardens, the project provides a lifestyle where nature and city life coexist seamlessly.
