As an extension of the Oyakkent Master Plan, Oyakkent 4 Elegant advances the vision of an integrated, multi programmatic urban environment where housing, education, recreation, commerce, and ecological continuity coalesce. Located adjacent to Başakşehir’s central civic spine comprising the National Garden, Başakşehir City Hospital, Ibn Haldun University, and Istanbul’s largest urban square this phase builds on strategic urban proximity while reinterpreting the domestic scale through a contemporary and sustainable lens.
Designed in accordance with LEED standards, the project underscores environmental responsibility and long term spatial efficiency. A variety of housing typologies ranging from refined low-rise villas and green-facing residences to versatile residential towers are interwoven with pedestrian oriented commercial streets, educational campuses, and sports and wellness facilities. The architectural language favors clarity and calmness, with forms and materials chosen to harmonize with the surrounding valley and green axes.
The spatial organization of Oyakkent 4 Elegant places emphasis on human centered scales. Residential blocks are oriented to frame views of the adjacent valley, with terraced landscapes and communal gardens extending indoor living to the outdoors. Open-air courtyards, tree shaded gathering zones, and programmable plazas at the core of the site offer a calibrated balance between privacy and collectivity. Each residential cluster benefits from proximity to essential amenities including street level shops, cafés, and recreational areas designed as extensions of daily urban life.
By proposing a design that simultaneously offers tranquility and activity, Oyakkent 4 Elegant becomes not just a place to reside, but a spatial experience that fosters well-being, connection, and continuity with nature. Its integration within the larger Oyakkent framework strengthens its role as both a local community anchor and a model of future oriented, resilient living.
