Baku Mehdizade, situated next to the Baku Vagon Mixed Use Complex comprises a combination of residential and commercial units. A relationship has been established where this project not only complements the Baku Vagon project but is also reciprocally influenced by it. Throughout the design phase, a paramount focus was directed towards crafting an aesthetic sensibility that aligns with the overall skyline. Additionally, meticulous consideration was given to orchestrating mass distribution, function placement, square and courtyard design, accessibility, and other intricate elements. Consequently, the project achieves a harmonious integration within its environment.
