The project located in Maslak focuses on differentiating itself from the surrounding office structures and aims to be perceived from Büyükdere Avenue and Eski Büyükdere Avenue. It is designed to face the southeast direction, which offers an open view between Windowist Tower and Park Plaza, with no high-rise buildings and abundant green areas. The core and service areas were carefully planned for sections without a view. In this way, the Ege Yapı project stands out among the surrounding buildings as a structure that showcases its uniqueness and harmonizes with the green environment.
