The project is situated within the Kayseri Erciyes Ski Center region. It encompasses a full-board hotel concept, designed to accommodate 300-400 beds, a ballroom, and a spa center, all aimed at catering to ski tourism. The tourism establishment, primarily oriented toward spa experiences, is also outfitted with versatile features, including a ballroom for daily events.
Due to its strategic positioning, the land enjoys a visual connection with Mount Erciyes. Emphasizing this connection became a pivotal aspect of the project, ensuring a scenic view of Erciyes mountain. Simultaneously, the architectural integration of the ski slopes, hotel infrastructure, the enhancement of the hotel’s architectural and functional aspects were considered and addressed.
