IPKB Schools is a project related to the renovation of schools that do not comply with earthquake regulations within the borders of Istanbul. There are different stages in this project process. The first step is to collect the necessary documents from the relevant institutions. After the zoning file is examined, field trips etc. applications are made and problems, if any, are detected. The process for the solution of the problems begins, and if it is negative, a new land is requested. Then plankote works begin. The zoning procedure file is prepared. After these processes, requests are collected from provinces/districts and schools. According to these demands, the concept and presentation are prepared and submitted for approval. The ground survey report begins to be prepared. If the ground survey is positive, the permit general plan, application project, application detail projects, mechanical/electrical/static/landscape/infrastructure/geotechnical plans are prepared together with the authors. The FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) specification is prepared and the process is approached. Finally, the process ends with the preparation of the discovery file.
