Bayraklı is a district within Turkey’s Izmir Province. It is bordered by Karşıyaka to the northwest and north, Bornova to the east and south, Konak to the southwest, and İzmir Bay to the west. Given that the project area is situated adjacent to the bay, a significant environmental influence is the Imbat wind (sea breeze) , originating from the bay. This wind direction has been a pivotal consideration in the area’s design process.
