Located near Kartal State Hospital and Anatolian Courthouse, with a sea view, the project is designed with inspiration from nature. The concept of the structure is inspired by the idea of reassembling parts of a rock to allow plant growth, emphasizing the importance of healthy living and working conditions. Features such as metal composite-coated glass frames, floor gardens, a swimming pool, and a bar on the top floor reflect an appealing design. The wooden floors provide a contemporary architectural approach while creating a homely atmosphere.
