This project, located next to Kayseri Bus Terminal, consists of 2 stages spread over a total area of 131,932 m2. The first stage includes residential units and shops, while the second stage offers residences, commercial spaces, offices, recreational areas, and a tram stop, providing an accessible and livable environment.
