As a continuation of the Oyakkent Master Plan vision, Oyakkent 6 Valley positions itself as a residential landscape where topography, greenery, and a sense of calm are primary design agents. Nestled adjacent to Başakşehir’s growing urban network and civic amenities including the National Garden, Başakşehir City Hospital, Ibn Haldun University, and Istanbul’s largest civic square the project offers an alternative to the density of the city through a nature-centered architectural logic.
Compliant with LEED sustainability criteria, the project offers two contrasting yet complementary housing typologies: high-rise towers with panoramic views and low density detached villas with garden access. Both typologies are embedded in a site plan shaped by the valley’s natural slope, prioritizing visual and ecological continuity. Landscaped courtyards, pedestrian oriented green routes, and neighborhood-scale commercial units are placed within walking distance to daily amenities.
Designed with multi generational use in mind, Oyakkent 6 Valley proposes a cohesive spatial narrative that caters to families, individuals, and elderly residents alike. The project embraces a peaceful domestic rhythm through its spatial calmness, while fostering active living with on-site recreational areas, social nodes, and child-friendly environments.
Residences range from 2+1 to expansive penthouses, all configured to maximize daylight, privacy, and green exposure. Structural systems are planned in accordance with international safety standards, while material selections emphasize durability and natural textures.
Oyakkent 6 Valley is not simply a housing complex it is a settlement that grows from the land itself, offering a new model of sustainable living rooted in landscape, family, and continuity.
