Effective use of daylight, which creates the shape of the facade, is an important design issue which improves spatial quality, integrates human with nature and improve performance in commercial spaces. Daylight profit is provided by using glass panels in the facade. In commercial units big part of the consumption is lightning. Natural lightning not only improves user comfort but also decreases the building’s energy need. On top of the plaza green area and pergolas are designed to serve a pleasant life space between office units.
