The project is structured around 4 key stages: Marina, Skypark, Beach, and Residence & Office Areas. Each of these stages possesses distinct functions and characteristics. Although these phases are initially distinguished by their functions in the overarching conceptual design, they interact and support one another within the broader masterplan framework.
