The project site is situated to the north of Baku, in a region known for its resort destinations. It is conveniently positioned 20 km away from Heydar Aliyev Airport and 40 km from the center of Baku. The Caspian Sea coast in this vicinity is adorned with beaches, hotels, and summer residences. Formerly hosting Soviet-era structures, the area has now been reimagined to align with contemporary requirements, encompassing diverse functions within the wellness center concept.

This project, located on the seaside of Baku, aims to create a harmonious living space in harmony with nature. The design includes residential units, commercial facilities, and social amenities, along with the iconic “Horse Gate” symbolizing the region’s equestrian heritage. The wellness center offers an experience that promotes physical and mental well-being, inviting visitors to embark on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle by escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
