In Çekmeköy, low-rise project area, enveloped by forests on three sides and boasting mixed-use attributes, façade cladding materials reminiscent of natural elements like wood and stone were chosen. The settlement design was carefully crafted to infuse the project with the invigorating forest air. Enhancing the forest town concept, the hipped roof form was incorporated, culminating in a distinctive façade shell.
