Kemerburgaz is on the European side of Istanbul and is located in the northwest of this region.

There are Eyüpsultan villages and Göktürk Neighborhood in Kemerburgaz, which is connected to the Eyüpsultan district. Over time, this geography has received immigrants from different parts of the country. The historical aqueduct located in the south of the project area was built by Mimar Sinan between 1554-1562.
