The historic caravanserai in a dormant state in Shusha, Azerbaijan, is being revived through a renovated and modernized project. This project aims to adapt the caravanserai to meet present-day needs while nearly staying true to its past function as a shopping center, restaurant and resting-socializing place. During the restoration process, great care is taken to preserve the caravanserai’s original structure and architectural features. The revitalized caravanserai offers visitors a blend of the past’s ambiance and modern comfort and functionality.
