The project area is located in Melikgazi District of Kayseri Province. Due to its location, west of the city centre, and at the intersection of transportation routes, the project area is easily accessible and enjoys a highly central position. Public transportation provides convenient access to the project area. Situated close to the Karayolları tram stop, the location offers excellent accessibility to both the city center and the eastern part of Kayseri, extending as far as Talas in the south.
The project area has a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.50, indicating that low-rise structures suitable for industrial areas will be constructed. A park area, which is currently absent, has been proposed to the east of the project site. By preserving existing trees and implementing new recreational elements to the arid landscape, a captivating project can be realized.
Further elaborating on the project, the focus is on creating a compact design, considering vehicular movement, and achieving a functional layout. The aim is to establish social spaces, along with large stores, galleries, and workshops. The project integrates these elements to provide enjoyable spaces for users. Furthermore, the proposed park area will contribute to the overall design, offering a recreational environment that complements the existing natural landscape.
