In the residential segments of the project, two distinct types of residential blocks have been formulated: Villas and Residences. This decision was driven by considerations of the area’s topographical features and the pre-existing road infrastructure. As a result, a total project area spanning 1,038,830 m2 has been allocated within a ground area of 29,146 m2.
