Tema Istanbul 2 project links with Tema World and the TEM highway via designated main entrances, establishing essential connections. A circulation system was developed by encircling the project area with a corridor. This approach not only provides an easy movement but also fosters a cohesive environment. In conjunction with the inclusion of social amenities and a green corridor, an expansive space spanning around 234,000 m2 was allocated for public enjoyment, incorporating community-oriented shared spaces. Considering the topography, road systems were divided and routed, aligning with the land’s slope. Parcels were integrated with the shared spaces, encouraging accessibility and enhancing the sense of communal engagement.
