Located on a fertile 607-acre land adjacent to Lake İznik in Bursa’s Orhangazi district, the Agricultural Innovation and Experience Center is envisioned as a comprehensive hub where farmers and agricultural experts converge. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, olive groves, and field crops, the center is designed to enhance productivity through sustainable practices, smart greenhouse technologies, and scientific research.
Combining laboratories, seed development units, smart greenhouses, R&D facilities, training spaces, and production units, the project aims to transform agricultural capacity on both local and national scales. The technologies developed in research units are directly applied in the fields under expert supervision, offering farmers hands-on experience from seed to harvest.
Programmatic Structure and Functional Integration
The center encompasses administrative offices, laboratories, greenhouses, a congress and training center, seed development laboratories, sales and café areas, guesthouses, a swimming pool, and support facilities such as storage and parking. This integrated layout promotes an ecosystem where learning, production, and innovation are seamlessly connected.
Visitors attending national and international agricultural conferences held at the congress center will have the opportunity to engage with the future of farming, while farmers can participate in training sessions, apply innovative methods, and stay within nature-rich accommodations.
Reviving the Agricultural Legacy through Innovation
The core philosophy of the center is to preserve and reintroduce ancestral seed heritage and traditional agricultural practices, enriching them with modern technologies and newly developed plant species.
