Located in Kayseri’s Melikgazi District, the project site lies west of the city center at the intersection of major transportation routes, ensuring excellent accessibility. Proximity to the Karayolları tram stop connects the site conveniently to both the city center and the southern district of Talas. With a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.50, the project is planned for low rise structures suitable for industrial use. To the east, a new park is proposed, enhancing the arid landscape by preserving existing trees and introducing recreational elements. The compact layout is designed around efficient vehicular circulation and functional organization, integrating social spaces with large stores, galleries, and workshops. This design strategy not only provides a practical user experience but also establishes a recreational environment that complements the natural landscape.
