Located along Afiyaddin Jalilov Street, one of the dynamic arteries of Baku’s expanding southern region, this high rise residential development redefines the concept of contemporary urban living. Rising from a compact triangular plot, the tower embraces the density of its context while introducing a vertically stratified lifestyle.
The project is articulated around a multi layered podium that integrates commercial functions, communal amenities, and a green buffer at street level. Above, the residential tower rises with a sharp and elegant silhouette, responding to the site’s axial condition and maximizing panoramic views toward the Caspian Sea.
Architectural strategies emphasize light, air, and urban orientation. Recessed balconies and vertical articulations generate rhythm and shadow play across the facade, while angled floor plates enhance internal spatial quality and offer varied perspectives.
The building’s base strengthens street interaction, with active frontages and soft landscape transitions designed to humanize the scale of the project. A rooftop terrace provides residents with communal green space, while strategic voids in the massing allow for ventilation and daylight penetration throughout the height of the tower.
This project positions itself not merely as a residential block, but as a contextual marker merging density with comfort, and height with human scale.
