This project is formulated with the objective of revitalizing the town of Hadrut and its adjacent villages, covering an area of 616 hectares in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. The aim is to facilitate the reestablishment of life in this region. The project encompasses a comprehensive scope including zoning plans, master plans, concept designs, and architectural project studies. The focal point of the project revolves around addressing the needs of the town and its surrounding areas.
