SP Architects took part in MIPIM 2026, one of the world’s leading gatherings for real estate and urban development, held in Cannes from 9–13 March 2026.
For over a decade, SP Architects has been part of the global dialogue around architecture, real estate and the future of cities. This year, the team once again came together with developers, investors, consultants, design professionals and industry leaders from across different regions and markets.
Throughout the week, SP Architects shared its work across a wide range of scales and typologies, including housing, hospitality, mixed-use developments and master planning, while exchanging perspectives on the future of cities, emerging opportunities, sustainable urban development and international collaboration.
MIPIM 2026 also provided an important platform to strengthen existing relationships, establish new connections and engage in conversations around evolving markets and future projects.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, explored our projects and shared their perspectives throughout a full and inspiring week in Cannes.
