This year’s SP Architects traditional office volleyball tournament has come to an end, with the winning team receiving its award following the final match.
Bringing together colleagues from different teams throughout the year, the tournament is more than a sporting competition. It has become an important part of office life, creating opportunities to strengthen communication, team spirit and the time we spend together beyond our daily work.
At SP Architects, volleyball tournaments and running clubs have grown beyond individual activities and become recurring traditions across our offices. By bringing together colleagues from different disciplines outside the usual working environment, these shared routines add movement, energy and a stronger sense of connection to our office culture.
Held each year, the volleyball tournament encourages friendly competition and teamwork, while our running clubs continue to create a regular rhythm for colleagues to come together through sport.
